Needing to destress now that classes are starting to ramp up again?

BEEES and CSS are collaborating THIS SATURDAY!!! for an arcade social. 2 weeks in and it is getting tough. But lucky you! Take out that frustration with an epic battle against your mates over a few games at NQ64 and take advantage of the discount while you’re there. Have a laugh. Leave the house (please).

Come join the Project Soteria team for their first

Come join the Project Soteria team for their first project meet! We will hold an hour brainstorming session so you are invited to bring your ideas for a new sustainable project our team will work on for the upcoming year. Best idea will be actioned upon and brought to life!
And don’t worry about your skill level, our current team are happy to assist with any questions.

Get your manifestos ready... committee roles are now open! Interested in being a part of our committee for the current academic year?

We have 3 roles available: 1st Year Rep🕺,General Events Officer, and Robot Wars Hardware Officer. The roles are available to apply for through our linktree in our bio.

Deadline for applications: 12pm 1st October

And if you’re not here to apply… come in and vote for your friends! This will be a free catered event 🍕 so make the most of it and make your vote count! (You will need to be a member of the society before you join and vote, but hey! Memberships are free.)

Our first workshop is scheduled for September 25th

Our first workshop is scheduled for September 25th in MVB 1.15. This session will include a robot-building demo, team formation, and the launch of our parts store.

If you’re unable to attend, don’t worry. We will be holding weekly sessions on Wednesdays from 2-4pm in Terry’s Lab on the following dates, where we can revisit the information and answer any questions:

October 2nd
October 9th
October 16th
(Reading week)
October 30th

Please book attendance for each workshop! We will need everyone going to the lab for building to be inducted first and it is a first-come first-serve basis on number of spots each workshop.

The competition is set for November 2nd. Details will be available on our SU Page soon.
